Our Warranty Promise
At BahnForge, we stand behind every product we sell. We source parts with precision fitment and quality in mind — and if something goes wrong through no fault of your own, we make it right.
Coverage Period
All BahnForge products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Parts that fail under normal use and operating conditions.
- Components that do not perform as described in the product listing.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or chips after installation.
- Parts modified or altered after purchase.
- Damage caused by using the part outside of its intended purpose or compatibility range.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Take clear photos or a short video showing the defect or failure. This helps us process your claim faster.
Email support@bahnforge.com or visit our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos.
We respond to all warranty inquiries within 1 business day. We may ask a few follow-up questions to confirm the nature of the defect.
Approved claims will receive a replacement part or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We cover all shipping costs for warranty replacements.
BMW Factory Warranty Note
Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your entire vehicle warranty simply because you've added aftermarket parts. However, if a specific aftermarket component is found to have caused a covered failure, that particular repair may not be covered by BMW. We recommend consulting your dealer with any specific concerns about your factory warranty.
