Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited and priority shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 10–21 business days. Please note:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • BahnForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • International orders are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but the item may be returned under our return policy.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original, uninstalled condition.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation.
  • Special order or custom items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
