Fitment & Compatibility

Most BahnForge products are specific to either the BMW X1 (U11, 2023+) or the BMW X2 (U10, 2024+) — not necessarily both. Always check the product page to confirm which model a part fits. If a product fits both platforms, it will be clearly stated in the listing.

Trim compatibility varies by product. Most exterior and lighting parts are compatible across standard, xLine, and M Sport trims, but some aero pieces (like lip kits) are specifically designed for the M Sport bumper. Trim requirements are listed clearly on each product page. When in doubt, contact us before ordering.

Not at this time. BahnForge is 100% focused on the X1 U11 and X2 U10 platforms so we can offer the deepest catalog and the best expertise for those specific cars. We may expand in the future — follow us on YouTube for updates.

Shipping & Orders

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! We ship to most countries. International delivery times and rates vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Contact us if you have questions about shipping to your country.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can modify or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return.

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, uninstalled condition. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

That's on us. Please take photos and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle. We stand behind every product we sell.

Yes. All products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered. Contact us for any warranty claim.

Installation

Some products have step-by-step installation videos on our YouTube channel. If a video isn't available for your part, just email us and we'll walk you through it.

Many of our parts — like mirror covers, grille overlays, and lighting upgrades — are designed to be beginner-friendly and install in under an hour with basic tools. Performance parts like exhausts and intakes are more involved and may require professional installation. Each product page notes the difficulty level.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your entire vehicle warranty simply because you added aftermarket parts. However, if a specific part is found to have caused a failure, that related repair may not be covered. We recommend consulting your dealer for specific concerns.
