ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide via standard shipping. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

United States: Free over $100 (calculated at checkout under $100) · 5–8 business days
Canada: Calculated at checkout · 7–14 business days
UK & Europe: Calculated at checkout · 10–18 business days
Rest of world: Calculated at checkout · 14–30 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Bahnforge is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your package may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Bahnforge is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors or building management, contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bahnforge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you notice an error.
